The access is easy from the main road, just ascending to the 17 hectare (42 acres) property located on a slight slope in the mountains of Nicoya.
It has a spring in the upper part of the farm and a small river running through the dry rainforest of Guanacaste.
An old but habitable Tico house could serve as a base for a start. There are several nice flat areas where to build a new house with a great valley view.
The finca has mango, papaya, guaba, citrus trees and a lot more.
There’s electricity as well as public water from the “pueblo” below and from the finca’s water springs.
