Rich pasture Farm La Gloria

+++ 2622 acres (1061 ha) +++ arable land of 479 hectares +++ 200 hectares are a protected primary forest in a FONAFIFO contract +++ 

The farm is located in the Northern Zone of Costa Rica, Province of Alajuela, in the canton of San Carlos, which is well known for its agricultural production.

It has very rich lowlands for pastures and extremely fertile highlands for agriculture. 
It has Andisol soils in the lowlands that are good for plantain, grazing, and it has good drainage to combat heavy rains, which makes it excellent for cattle. 
A costly design and construction of bridges and drainage was carried out,  which makes it drain very quickly during the rainy season.

The farm has a main office, a house for the administrator and operators, a workshop, a phytosanitary warehouse and a fertilizer warehouse, road access through the entire farm, its own registered wells and a lot of areas for crop applications.
