Agricultural farm Caño Negro

The farm is located in the Northern Zone of Costa Rica, Province of Alajuela, in the canton of San Carlos, which is well known for its agricultural production.
Due to its extensive plains, high rainfall and fertile soil, San Carlos is one of the most productive economic zones in Costa Rica.
A big advantage of this farm is its location, the main road Route 35, which connects Nicaragua with the Pacific and Atlantic coasts, is just 15 minutes from the entrance of the farm.
The street in front of the farm is also paved, which allows cost savings in transportation and logistics, very advantageous for the harvest and delivery of supplies.
The farm is flat and mechanizable. It was received as underdeveloped and half a million dollars has been invested in improvements for its intensive planting management, creating roads, bridges, and buildings.
