This modern and well-run hotel on 1 hectare is located only 200m from the beach of the southern part of the Peninsula of Nicoya. It offers 16 rooms arranged in three complexes, of which 5 are apartments equipped with a kitchen.

There is a fourth complex, where the service area is hosted: laundry, gas back-up power plant, tool storage for garden maintenance, full gym and bathroom corridor. The reception is inviting on 100m².

There's a fully eauipped restaurant with modern Italian stainless steel kitchen and a capacity for 50 people. The swimming pool is 50m² and is operated with pump and salt chlorination equipment.
